This is how it works:
You invite your friends to join you on an Australian
Experience.
Discuss with them your preferred destinations and activities
and do some research.
Decide on your preferred dates.
Next you contact us with those details and we'll ensure
that you'll find more and amble information regards your destinations and
activities so that you can refine your plan.
After you and your friends have made a final decision
on destinations, dates and activities you get that information to us by
email.
Ideally you present us with a draft itinerary. We'll
get back to you, informing you of available dates, the feasibility, perhaps
make some suggestions, and give you an estimated cost.
Should your desired dates be available and you agree
with our suggestions and estimate we'll ask you for a hold deposit ( 5%
of the estimate ) to enable us to reserve the dates for you.
We now proceed writing a detailed itinerary for your
adventure after checking on all the important details etc..
The itinerary maybe somewhat different to your plan,
considering weather, track conditions and other variables but will reflect our experiences with travel
in Australia and particularly in remote areas.
With this itinerary we'll present our firm quote.
Should you accept our quote we can further discuss the
itinerary and incorporate some minor adjustments.
We will also ask you to commit yourself to that tour
by requesting a deposit of 35% of the quoted price, less the amount
already paid by you.
Next we'll organize all the finer details, such as vehicle
hire if required, fuel supplies, accommodation and activities, our support
vehicle and experienced driver and everything else that's needed.
Two important points to consider:
1) Generally, the more participants, the lower
the price per participant !! However there will be a minimum price per
person.
2) Having said that, please carefully assess the
maximum number of participants you wish on your adventure.
What's in it for You ?
You get a tour exactly to your wishes.
You have the satisfaction of having organized this Adventure.
You also benefit by usually getting your tour at the
dates that suit you.
You get this tour at prices not normally possible.
What's in it for us?
By you organizing your own group, us dealing only with
your spokesperson, you roughing out your itinerary etc. we'll have less
work and can reduce our overheads. That is the reason we can offer these
tours at lower prices.
By asking you to finalize your details and organizing
your group early we can better plan our tour schedules.
It's a Win - Win situation.

All the above also applies to Tag Along Tours.
The Simpson Desert, Canning Stock Route and East - West
Crossings of our continent are the most favourite destinations for such
tours.
Such tours require much planning and your inquiries for
such tours are desirable well over 12 months in advance.
With later inquiries it is often not possible to run
such tours at the optimum time for the areas and at your desired dates. |

We have found that interests and desired activities vary considerably,
according to the ages of the tour participants.
We have also found that a considerable number of our tour participants are aged
50+.
We have now decided to run some tours exclusively for our Senior Travelers.
Some of our seniors may only consider an accommodated tour, others however
are very keen to experience a camping tour with the added benefit of being
close to nature.
The majority of out participants choose camping tours.
We will discount tours for any Senior, aged 60 or more by a guaranteed
5% of the tour price. Whats more, should you be able to form a small group
of four participants we will increase this discount for the organiser to 10%.
For larger groups of Seniors we can always negotiate even better
discounts.
There is only one thing we ask of you, please express your interest
early and let us know if your tour dates are flexible. This is important
as we often need to fit such tours in between other tours in our tour schedule.

It maybe a very satisfying undertaking for some of you, doing some
research, planning and organizing, especially for a small or lager tour
group.
