General Information and Conditions.

Red Centre, Bungle Bungle, Kimberley, Broome, Hamersley Ranges, Pilbara, Monkey Mia, Kalbarri, Kalgoorlie, Perth, Esperance, Nullarbor Desert. 
52 Days, departing from Melbourne.

Via Swan Hill and Mildura to Broken Hill then the Flinders Ranges, Oodnadatta Track,  Chambers Pillar, Uluru, Palm Valley to Alice Springs (Rest Day). Next West MacDonnell Ranges, Tanami Track, Halls Creek, Bungle Bungle, Kununurra, Gibb River Road, Mitchell Plateau, Mitchell Falls, Bell Gorge, Windjiana Gorge, Tunnel Creek, Geikie Gorge, Derby, Broome, then a long haul to Port Hedland. The Pilbara and the ‘Waterhole Circuit’, Hamersley Ranges, Carnavorn, Monkey Mia, Kalbarri, Geraldton, Pinnacle Desert, Perth.
After a rest day we continue south to Margaret River, visit the Valley of the Giants, Albany, Esperance and Cape Le Grand Nat. Park. Cape Arid Nat. Pk., then north to Balladonia to the Eyre Hwy.  We are in the Nullarbor Proper, Eucla, Wale watching at the Head of the Bight (seasonal), then to Streaky Bay and the Sea Lion colony at Point Labbat. Port Augusta, the Barossa Valley, Adelaide and to Melbourne via Mount Gambier, Warrnambool, the Great Ocean Road and the Otway Ranges.

RED CENTRE, KIMBERLEY 

the BUNGLE BUNGLE & KAKADU. 
42 Days, Departing from Melbourne. 
Via Swan Hill and Mildura to Broken Hill then the Flinders Ranges, Oodnadatta Track, Dalhousie Springs, Chambers Pillar, Uluru, Palm Valley to Alice Springs (Rest Day) M. Next the West MacDonnell Ranges, Tanami Track, Halls Creek, Bungle Bungle. Return to Halls Creek, then Fitzroy Crossing, Gibb River Road, Kalumburu Road, Mitchell Plateau and Falls. 
Via the King Edward River we return to the Gibb River Road and are now on our way to Kununurra. 
The Ord River, Lake Argyle, Victoria River, Litchfield Nat. Park. From here via Batchelor and Rum Jungle to Darwin for a Rest day. 
Now, heading south, Kakadu, Adelaide River, Pine Creek, Katherine, Mataranka. On to Daly Waters, Tennant Creek, the Devils Marbles and Alice Springs. 
Continuing south, Rainbow Valley, Coober Pedy, Woomera, Andamooka, Port Augusta and the Barossa Valley. We return to Melbourne via Adelaide, Mount Gambier, Warrnambool, the Great Ocean Road and the Otway Ranges.

The two tours above require a considerable amount of planning. Interested parties are advised to contact us well in advance and a deposit will be required at least six months before tour departures. 
Prices and tour itineraries are correct at time of printing but can change at any time without notice. All Prices are quoted in Australian Currency. 
A discount maybe possible for these two tours,  provided that all seats are booked. 
The above and other extended tours can often be customized when seats are reserved early.  
Most of our tours leave from and return to Melbourne. 
Passengers may leave some tours at major centres such as Alice Springs, Darwin Perth or Adelaide. Generally tour prices are all inclusive except where indicated.
Accommodation is twin-share in two person tents. At places scheduled for a Rest Day and occasionally at other locations we generally provide Motel, Hotel or Cabin accommodation. All such accommodation is indicated by the capital letter M in the tour itineraries and is twin share. 

Single accommodation is possible for an additional charge. You bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, toiletry and other items of a personal nature.   We supply the best quality of tents (two person) and selfinflating high tensity sleeping mats. We can also supply sleeping bags at a small cleaning charge.
At some locations optional activities such as scenic flights etc. are available at your own expense.
All meals are prepared from the best available produce after arrival at our camp site, cooked on the camp fire or gas stove and usually ready 90 minutes after arrival. 
Breakfast generaly consists of cereals, toast, a light cooked course and fruit. For lunch we have salads, sandwiches and fruit.
Where available and convenient we may have a meal at a roadhouse or a  counte rmeal at a pub.
Dinner starts with savouries or at times a soup, then the main course which always includes meat or fish. Coffee and tea is available with every meal. 
Payments: All prices are quoted in Australian currency. 
A deposit of 30% ( 40% for Custom Tours ) of the tour price is required within 10 days of your reservation.  Seats can not be guaranteed until we receive the deposit. The balance is due 60 days before tour commencement. 
Refunds for cancellations are as follow:
More than 60 days before tour departure, full refund less AU$ 100.
Less than 60 days and more than 45 days before departure, Full refund less 100 % of deposit.
Less than 45 days and more than 30 days, max. refund is 50% of tour price.

Less than 30 days and more than 15 days, max. refund is 30% of tour price.
Less than 15 days and 'No Show', no refund is possible unless we are able to fill the vacated seats.  

With small group tours ( max. 4 participants ) all prices are based on 4 participants unless otherwise indicated.
The minimum number for any such tour is 2 participants but a higher price maybe charged.

Due to the nature of Outback Travel and varying track conditions we reserve the right to alter tour itineraries without prior notice. The driver  will make such decisions based on his local knowledge and experience. 

By reserving a seat on our tours you signify that you are aware of the risks involved in Outback Travel and that you wish to take part at your own risk.
